New Work with Caleb Shinobi
Hey all,
I just returned last week from an amazing shooting experience with the one-of-a-kind model Caleb Shinobi. Caleb is a great model to work with because he is also into photography, so he has a sense for what is going on on both sides of the lens. He's also not your standard model in any interpretation of "standard". Caleb brings a lot to the table....er, shoot. I could go on and on about how enjoyable it is to work with him. I first shot Caleb several years ago during my first visit to Hawaii, and we did our shoot on Sandy Beach using my Contax G1 (That's a film camera, folks!) We got along so well back then that we have kept in touch, and when I found myself returning to Hawaii I just had to do another shoot with him.
The shoot was great and we made dozens of remarkable images together, some of which I'll post here and in my site on Model Mayhem. So stay tuned!

Flowers for St. Valentine's Day Part 13
The morning of February 13th really ought to be the 11th hour for most people in buying Valentine's Day gifts this year seeing how the holiday falls on Monday. (That would be tomorrow for those not paying attention.) Lines will be long at the stores today, fellas. Get moving!
